Five Towns and the North: Meet the British Ambassador, H.E. Mr David Quarrey @ Hamataim Restaurant

You are invited to meet the British Ambassador to Israel, H.E. Mr David Quarreyat the Mataim Restaurant in Ramat Hanadiv. Tickets are NIS 50, which includes a light supper. This event needs to be booked in advance, for reasons of space and security.

Esther will be selling tickets on Monday 23rd April,6 – 8 p.m., at Greg’s Cafe, Big Shopping Centre, Karkur and  on Friday 27th , 9-11 a.m, at Iz Cafe, HaShmura 2, Zichron, opposite Mega.

Netanya branch talk by Robert Fisherman @ Moadon

Robert Fisherman was born in Denmark some ninety years ago. He is one of the survivors of the 464 Danish Jews who were captured and sent to the Theresienstadt concentration camp in German occupied Czechoslovakia and will recount his story.
Robert made Aliyah to Israel some years ago.
Refreshments will be served.

Which Sefer Torah mantle needs two people to lift it? Elkan levy will give an illustrated talk on the places, personalities  and communal rows involved.
